Built in the late 1800s, this beautifully refurbished two-story Victorian home originally served as SFTS faculty housing. Today it boasts five spacious bedrooms, a formal living room with fireplace, formal dining room, den, and three full baths. The huge sweeping front porch and gourmet kitchen make this the perfect venue for a variety of gatherings such as wedding rehearsal dinners, intimate receptions, bridal party housing, out-of-town guests and overflow family lodging, or a romantic getaway.
Additionally, the antiques in the Guest House have been passed down over the decades by students, faculty, and residents and are considered priceless. It is often joked that many of the wives of SFTS presidents and others associated with the Seminary have become quite protective of the accumulated pieces. Additional deposit is required to protect the collectables.
