El Paso is about 80% Hispanic, and we are right on the border with Cd. Juarez, Mexico. We are a very moderate income city, where the cost of living is very low compared to most other US cities. While Juarez has been considered dangerous, El Paso is one of the safest cities in the USA. With UTEP (The University of Texas at El Paso) , there are many opportunities to attend cultural, social, and educational events. El Paso is a great place. There are mountains all around us, and since we a desert community, the humidity is low here. This is a wonderful opportunity for an Intern. |

Position Description |

This intern position will be full-time, working with both St. Andrew and Divine Savior Presbyterian Churches. We are applying for the Cross-Cultural Grant from Synod of the Sun to help us with this position.
The intern will be supervised by the Pastor, who is a Presbyterian minister with over 25 years experience in ministry and will work in partnership with Sessions.
